* Remove openwrt package repo (the usual LEDE repo has IPv6 connectivity)
* Remove package gluon-next-node (the functionality has been merged into other

* Move fastd configuration to new mesh_vpn subsection

Simon Joda Stößer c89150325a implement bandwith_limit changes necessary since Gluon 2016.1 
in Gluon 2016.1 the bandwith limits stated in simple_tc.mesh-vpn have been moved to the fastd_mesh_vpn section (https://gluon.readthedocs.io/en/v2016.1/releases/v2016.1.html#site-changes)
this fixes newly flashed nodes not having the bandwith_limit activated by default and readds the currently missing default limits

Jan-Philipp Litza f5c94078ec Set openwrt opkg repo URL to our reverse proxy 
The original site (downloads.openwrt.org) doesn't support IPv6, but the
nodes don't support IPv4. This way, our reverse proxy might work or it
might not, but at least it doesn't always fail.

mit der Umstellung auf Suffix-lose Testing-Firmwares, um sie ohne Neukompilieren direkt als Stable-Firmware übern
er ist evtl. in experimentaler Firmware enthalten, welche explizit angekündigt wird und über keinen autoupdater v
außerdem ist es möglich, VPN05, in selbst gebauter Firmware, wieder zu integrieren

SimJoSt 318e913e93 Firmware-Mirror entfernt 
um dem Bug der mulitplen autoupdater Prozesse auf den Knoten vorzubeugen, wurde alle Mirrors komplett entfernt
auch wurden die Mirror nicht gut genug gewartet und lieferten teilweise veraltete Firmware aus

Jan-Philipp Litza ff9b992f48 Comment out 802.11s mesh section 
For once, there currently is a kernel panic with that enabled as soon as
another peer pops up.

Also, having both IBSS and 802.11s mesh enabled at the same time uses
twice as much airtime for broadcasts like OGMs, of which there are a
lot.
