Jan-Philipp Litza 936d767f87 Added rather simplistic build script 
This script takes the intended branch, "testing" or "stable", as the single
parameter. It then tries to autodetermine the correct release name, builds
gluon for the corresponding branch and all supported platforms (excluding
x86*), and optionally signs it if an ecdsutils keyfile is found (standard path:
~/.ecdsakey)

Jan-Philipp Litza 0e7ce1ce40 Add gluon repository as submodule 
Instead of recording the commit in the gluon repository that belongs to
a release of our firmware in the README.md, it is more reasonable to
have the gluon repository as a submodule, having this information in a
machine-readable way and making it easier to reproduce the compilation
of a specific version.

To compile gluon, simply add `GLUON_SITEDIR="$(dirname $PWD)"` to the
make command.

Jan-Philipp Litza 7ade505b04 Revert "use public IPv6 prefix now" 
This reverts half of the commit
f702e45583.

We would have to update the next-node address along with prefix6, which
requires a bit more planning.

Now we only updated the prefix length of the IPv4 prefix, which was /20
but should be /17
